Eligibility & Use for Pre-Inspection

You may use this Service only if you hold a valid driving license and are seeking inspection for insurance reasons (policy renewal, accessories, insured value changes, or provider change). Download the App from our site or via links shared by insurers. Log in with your credentials and provide accurate personal information.

Accuracy of Data

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information. False or incomplete information may lead to rejection of inspection reports or denial of claims by Digital Auto Technical Pvt. Ltd. or the insurer.

License & Restrictions

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for authorized inspection purposes only. You must not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, sublicense, distribute, disrupt, or collect personal data from other users. All intellectual property remains with Digital Auto Technical Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors.

Responsibility & Liability

You are responsible for safety and legal compliance during inspections. Digital Auto Technical Pvt. Ltd. and partners are not liable for images or data you capture. You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and related insurers harmless against third-party claims arising from your use.

Mobile & Internet Usage

You are responsible for any mobile or internet data charges. The App may send operational or administrative notifications.

Feedback

Any suggestions you provide become the property of Digital Auto Technical Pvt. Ltd. without obligation to compensate you.

Termination

You may stop using the App anytime by uninstalling it or contacting care@digitalauto.in. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or other reasons without prior notice.

Information We Collect

We collect the following: personal details you provide, technical and behavioral usage data, device details (IP, device ID, OS, browser), photos/videos, sensor data, and location for inspections.

How We Use Your Data

• Analyze vehicle condition from media

Third-Party Access & Disclosure

Authorized insurance partners and agents may access inspection data for policy processing. Anonymized aggregated data may be shared with analytics or support partners. We may disclose data to comply with legal obligations, protect rights or safety, or during corporate changes (merger/acquisition) with notice.

Data Retention

Data is stored as long as necessary for insurance-related and legal purposes. For deletion requests, contact care@digitalauto.in.

Refund & Cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are generally not applicable due to the nature of inspection services. For payment concerns, email care@digitalauto.in.

Children Under 18

The App is not intended for users under 18. If a minor's data was collected, contact care@digitalauto.in for deletion.

Data Security

We use physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards, but cannot guarantee complete security. By using the Service you accept this inherent risk.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.

Miscellaneous

• Severability: Invalid clauses do not affect the rest.
• Waiver: Non-enforcement does not waive rights.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify the Company for claims arising from your use.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement.
• Reservation of Rights: We may modify or discontinue the Service.
